What are you having problems with?

I’ve been quite happy with the 1.40 version. The organ is exactly the way I want it, and I can still use the previous page-oriented navigation...

I think many people feel that they’re missing out on something if they don’t update their OS regularly (Nord, PC, etc.) I see the current Nord OS as very stable. I would, however, love a new sound or two. Not been thrilled with the Brandon Coleman patches. While they’re fun to play around with, they’re not very usable for me in a live gig situation.

So nothing to do with a new OS...

PS: unusefull I guess you mean “useless” ;) but the why don’t you try and program your own wurly patches, according to your tastes? Have you tried? Amp and EQ can do miracles... the Nord Stage is a machine that “begs” to be programmed by the user, not just using factory programs or loading patches made by someone else (even if both can be good starting points)...

The amped Wurli is super cool. I use it all the time.

temp = time....

Many people are fine with the Nord Wurlies and use it live and in records too, so what does it mean “top” in a digital emulation of a real instrument? It is highly subjective, it is an opinion...

If rather than “pretending” you would have tried such an expensive instrument before buiying, then you would have realized if you liked or not what you were going to spend your (big amount of) money on...

Maybe you should try some other digital pianos and see if you like them better, I’d suggest the Crumar Seven for example, if wurlies and rhodes are what you are at.

Which part of „the amped Wurli is super cool. I use it all the time.“ is wasting time or money?

I love my real 200A, but the amped one in the Nord is damn good.
