Hello
I have a Nord Electro 3 which has 68MB of onboard sample space - which isn't very much.
I've never sampled my own .wav files before using the Nord Sample Editor - and am wondering if the sampling conversion from .wav to .nsmp, lessens the kb/mb size of the original .wav file at all or if it remains the same ?
Otherwise I think I might have to buy a Roland SPD-SX sample pad.

Yes it (losslessly) compresses drastically. So - good news.

For example, I have 7 wav files : total 3.25M.
NSMP generated gets down to 1.33M.
