Volume control

Postby mati89 » 22 Jun 2018, 10:55

Hello.
Is it possible to equalize the volume of colors ?? Ie. I mean, for example, the synth and piano colors sound at the same volume level. It is known that there is nothing here to look at db in the instrument but maybe it is possible to stop them as not only on the "ear"
Regards.

Equalizing the loudness (if that is what you're asking) is not always so easy. You could do an approximation by calculating the A-weighted RMS value, but it partly depends on the level the music is being played at. Also, the entire sonic space can also impact how easy it is to pick up the individual instruments; especially if the mix is overcrowded.

So your ear is probably the best tool in the end :-)

Sure wish the Nords had a slider eq for adjustment on the splits.
