Hi,
I'm super new to the nla1 and was wondering how you work out the 2 values for morphed knobs.
pressing the button and rotating the knob tells one value, but assuming that is the before value, how do you find out the morphed value?
many thanks
Luca

Re: nla1 current knob value
It's not exactly two values, it's starting position and stopping position.
1) Turn the knob to were you want 0 pedal/wheel or 0 velocity to be.
2) Hold one of the morph buttons (pedal/wheel or velo).
3) Turn the knob to the end position (which will be mapped to 127 velo or pedal/wheel).
You can do the mapping by turning clockwise or anticlockwise.

thanks, but I was referring to how to query the stored values of a morphed knob.
i.e. you browser to another program which contains morphes knobs, how do you figure out the morphed valyes/ range?

Re: nla1 current knob value
Ah, sorry.
To get the current value: hold "copy/monitor" and turn the knob. Same as always.
To get the morph value: hold "copy/monitor" and the desired morph button, then turn to knob to get the morph value.

Not near my A1 right now, but I'll have to try that. Always wondered about that. Again, wouldn't it be great if such parameters could be shown by the Sound Manager?
