Sweetwater got in a shipment of Spacestations and one is on its way to me! Super stoked!!
I'm planning on geting an amp stand as per:

I'll probably skip a filtering sub and a mixing board for now.

Re: Spacestation!!
I've been going back and forth on one of those or another Yamaha powered speaker. I'd like a report on how you like it, if possible.

Re: Spacestation!!
Good for smaller, solo gigs having only one set of inputs.
My two Yamaha DXR10s cover everything though.

Re: Spacestation!!
I used it for a gig with my 4-piece band (drums, guitar, bass). It sounded fantastic...and loud enough.

Re: Spacestation!!
I was one of the early advocates for the SSv3. Aspen and I still stay in touch.
For me, the SSv3 remains my go-to amp for specific situations: small gigs, small venues, stereo "fill" sound desired. It is not the loudest, nor sonically accurate selection in my arsenal, but nothing else really does what it does. And the form factor is just a bonus.
My usual comment? If the SSv3 isn't loud enough, y'all are playing TOO DAMN LOUD.
It doesn't get used as much as it used to, as I'm playing in a different situation these days (IEMs, slightly larger venues, FOH does all of the heavy lifting, focus on clarity of sound, etc.) but it's still part of my bar band arsenal.

I think I have gear issues ....
