Take it to a home improvement or paint store that does computer color matching. They can scan it into the computer and make you a can of paint.

On the much discussed subject of touch-up paint for Nords, I'm thinking that the local Home Depot or Baumarkt will be glad to sell you WAY more paint than you need, and it will probably be latex and chip/flake/rub off easily.

Better strategy would be to go to cosmetics department at large store and look for nail polish in a suitable color. Better adhesion, and a good chance to meet a pretty girl! Personally, I'm slightly color blind, so I'll need her advice is picking out the correct shade.
