Re: Nord Stage 2 piano bank download failure
Have you unzipped the Factory backup and/or checked that you have stored it in a writable directory?

Re: Nord Stage 2 piano bank download failure
I would probably try opening it up and unplugging/replugging the board connectors. Perhaps something got jiggled during transport, and just reseating the plug will clean the contacts and fix the problem.
Anything beyond that requires an experienced tech from the sound of it.

Are you sure that your instruments electricity needs are fitting? Canada - Brasil? Voltage, Frequency?

If it were the wrong voltage, it would burn out the fuse and hopefully nothing else.
Working fine and then producing nasty noise suddenly is not an external voltage problem.
Frequency (50/60 Hz) of the mains supply makes no difference to these machines.

Yeah. Go check for loose connectors. Otherwise you have a major problem that will require a tech to diagnose.
I think I have gear issues ....

Re: Nord Stage 2 piano bank download failure
Hi.
I also had a similar problem, and that same message appeared. I managed to solve it by reinstalling version 6.74 of the sound manager.
I also installed the most current USB drive, but I think the problem was really in Sound Manager.
I hope this helps
