How many pedals do you have plugged into your Nord Stage? I'm thinking of these 5 for a Stage 3 Compact - let me know if you think this is overkill (or, tell me what you have/use).
PROGRAM UP/DN PEDAL - On-Stage KSP50 Universal Footswitch
ROTOR PEDAL - Nord Half Moon Switch
ORGAN SWELL - Moog EP-3 Expression Pedal
CONTROL PEDAL - Moog EP-3 Expression Pedal
SUSTAIN PEDAL - On-Stage KSP100 Piano-Style Sustain Pedal

Re: Pedal Connections
I use all of those minus the Half Moon Switch. It all fits nicely on a PedalTrain Classic Jr pedal board.
EDIT: I use the Roland FC-7 for program changes, which is a very slim pedal.

Re: Pedal Connections
I have the same, but not the halfmoon. I use the MIDI tech to switch programs. And for effect i use a BOSS RV6 reverb.
I have a question about your program UP/Down pedal. Is it just UP/Down from where you are ? I mean if you switch programs with the knob on the keyboard to B1:2 from wherever you were, just turn the knob to this position. Then if you press UP on the pedal, does it go to B1:3 then ?

Yes, but mind that the OP has a NordStage3 which has a dedicated input for program up/down pedal

I just have my pedals loose (or gaffer taped) on the floor, but I like the idea of a pedal board like that. I guess it sets the pedals a little higher, how do you find the playability? Is the sustain pedal position much different than for a conventional piano with this setup? (I play seated)

Yes, I would like to know if putting the pedals in a board raises them and causes any ankle fatigue?

Re: Pedal Connections
I have two different pedal boards for two different keyboard setups, the other being a Roland FC-300, a volume pedal, and sustain.
I haven’t noticed any foot fatigue with either board and I do play seated.
