Thanks for the guidance on this - I somehow was completely unaware of the separate Nord Sounds site. Despite the fact that I regularly share a bunch of sounds here on this forum. I was thinking there was some kind of aggregator that was happening behind the scenes.
I've registered on the separate site and will check it out, as well as see about loading sounds there in addition to this forum. I'm not clear on which is the better space for it.

Registred with my NUF code but failed due to the limitation of 16 characters in email adress.
Tried again with a shorter emailadress and the registration went through. However - I could not use the password I registred....strange
Have tried a couple of times during the past days to reset it but no luck. Doesn't get any email with reset link....
(I have verified both the email and the qurantine folder. I use the email many times every day and the qurantine folder is empty)
Any out there with similar problems?

16 characters for an email address sounds a bit short. I have up to 41 for my different email addresses. And the email address I'm registered with has 22. The user name is something different, though.
The administration of NUF and NUS are separate, so user accounts are separate in the first place. The same for passwords, of course.
If you registered new on NUS, you should have got an email, I think.

Yes, the NUF and NUS registration is separate. On the Norduserforum I long ago registred on eof my email-adresser with 22 chars. On the Nordusersound there's a limit of 16 chars so I could not re-use the one at Userforum,
Well, basically that is no major problem. But the "reset password" functionality might be broken....or my first registration with a to long email-adress messed something up in the portal in my user due to a bug (perhaps?).
(Long email adresses is perhaps not the best - takes time to type it in. But the long one I use is for personal use and I'm fast at the keyboard
