Hello All,
In an effort to get to know you better.
If you'd like to, please post a photo looking out of one of your studio windows.
I'll start: "this one faces south" In Sarasota, Florida USA
The water's not normally OD green, this only happens when the water temp hits 90 degrees and an algae bloom starts up.
Cheers, Hanon

Nice idea
Since windows are too low, no way of having the keyboards in front of them ;-(. But next to it, no pond, but some small street under the French sky.

Sorry no windows. Soundproof bunker! But only a few miles from Johannes.

That's really cool!
I'd like to move underground, unfortunately the water table here is about 18 inches down from the surface, dig down 20" and you have a flowing well.

If Johannes would turn his sound system down a little, you could come up out of that bunker

Great looking neighborhood.
It's so vastly different than mine.
Here, many houses have low ceilings to make them easier to cool during the 7 months of summer.

Re: Look out any window (of your studio)
My buddy from Tampa likes to say that they call basements "Indoor Pools" down there. I've never been without a basement, it feels so strange to not have a concrete bunker to put your workshop and studio and rec rooms and stuff. So much wasted space under your house!
