Re: Idea for a new logo of "Nord User Forum"
I see the logo has been updated. No aliasing this time, the color blends perfectly with the background but....there is two white lines on the upper and lower edges. I think I know the reason so I'm going to fix this little "bug" and upload the latest "OS upgrade" (to speak in a common language!!!)

Those 2 I think will work perfectly. There was a transparent border that I believe caused those white lines on the edges. I have removed that.

I will animate these too, but I am afraid that Johannes hasn't yet updated the logo, I still see the "flicker" of the STORE text of the transpartent-background one, which my last animation with red-background doesn't show.
EDIT: here's the animated gif based on your latest pics:

Re: Idea for a new logo of "Nord User Forum"
I see huge difference in comparison with yesterday. I see no flickering today and those white lines were absent yesterday, so I think there must have been an update. Hopefully Johannes will shine some light soon....

OK, now I see the one with white lines above and below (probably I had a cached version in my browser memory), which today you fixed

I don't think those white lines look all that bad. Gives it a certain - well, edge.

Yes this looks great indeed - and it's amazing to see how creativity of the community is able to also generating such "non-musical" results

Well ... it is "musical" actually, I have set the animation frame delay to 0,6 seconds so ... you can use it as a visual metronome (though with fixed BPM = 100)

Re: Idea for a new logo of "Nord User Forum"
Looks good indeed...Shall we expand to the rest of the banner as Hlaalu suggested? Or would it look overloaded with knobs and buttons all around?
