That would be cool indeed! It would be left though to decide which model exactly of Nord keyboard is to be chosen. Perhaps the Stage would be a good candidate, because it is the flagship instrument after all.alex78 wrote: It is not a bad idea, but maybe with an alteration: To make the introduction note shorter in length, but in 4 or 5 lines, Maybe inside another black screen (like the synth section of the stage3) and fill the rest of the space with the other buttons and knobs. I can work on it this weekend if the administrators agree with the idea. Maybe the introduction text needs some refresh as well (e.g. include the nord wave or some other information).

We have already used the left screen of the stage3 so I guess we should stay in this concept. The stage also has 2 screens and it's convenient if we want to put the text inside the other one.

The most complex thing I can do with Photoshop is draw a line, or maybe a circle if I try hard enough (:D), so I can't really help from a practical point of view. Concept wise however I'd like it!

I don't like how it looks the grey around the song mode button... mostly because there is no space for a red line under it and then it looks uneven to my eyes...maxpiano wrote:And here are the (final?) transparent+animated+scaled down (width = 260) versions:

It is an exact copy of the original stage panel. However we can make the screen a bit bigger so that it alignes perfectly with the knobs and give a little space underneath. It won't be exactly as the original but if it works better for our purposes that's fine.I don't like how it looks the grey around the song mode button... mostly because there is no space for a red line under it and then it looks uneven to my eyes...I had to say it, sorry!!
You don't have to apologize though, it's a team work we do here and all opinions are valuable. That's the way the result gets better and better!

Well I just joined the images that alex78 made, anyway I think I see what you mean and I have 2 ideasmon8169 wrote: I don't like how it looks the grey around the song mode button... mostly because there is no space for a red line under it and then it looks uneven to my eyes...

@alex78:
1) could you "shrink" the buttons area (or enlarge the screen area) so that they are "more aligned" at the bottom?
2) can you produce the images with a native widht of 260pixels (as I now notice that the final resizing has caused some bad effect on some text, like "Store As" and "MIDI")

Unfortunately the white text on the red background does not render well. STORE AS... and MIDI show some aliasing artefacts.

Re: Idea for a new logo of "Nord User Forum"
Yes, as I wrote just above that's due to the resizing I made, as requested by Johannes, but if alex78 could (re)produce the original images already in the correct size, I could merge/animate them without causing thatMr_-G- wrote:Unfortunately the white text on the red background does not render well. Re: Idea for a new logo of "Nord User Forum"
The answer to both questions is yes, but maybe the resolution affects the result as well. I have made the images in 100 ppi but maybe the resolution drops when you load it and that is the reason for aliasing. So, except the actual size I will need the actual resolution as well.1) could you "shrink" the buttons area (or enlarge the screen area) so that they are "more aligned" at the bottom?

Re: Idea for a new logo of "Nord User Forum"
I checked the picture in my last post here and looks OK actually, so I went to check the HTML of the header and I see the size of the logo is set to 200x90 (not 260x117 as the original image I posted, based on requested width = 260), this may be the actual reason behind the aliasing artifacts we are seeing
@Johannes: can you please check&fix and/or let me know if 200x90 is the intended size, so that we can prepare and send a new scaled image?
