Nord Wave 2 got this thing called Chorale which can be turned on for Reverb.
To me it sounds like a pitch shift thing out of control, the modulation is too deep for my taste and the speed of the modulation is too fast for my taste.
It kinda sound flanger'ish used on a clean Saw waveform.
The point behind modulated reverbs is to create a little movement in a non vibrato sound.
Chorale is useless to me as it is.
Anyone else getting good use of Chorale ?

Re: NW2 Chorale (Reverb)
I find it useful on sustained String or Choir sounds.

Re: NW2 Chorale (Reverb)
I think it can be good on pads, maybe the guitar sounds...but I much prefer external pedals for this kind of thing (same with delay.) You get a lot more control because those units are specifically designed for that purpose; the Nord effects are just to provide the option for an all-in-one system if you want it. I do agree the modulation should have been at a slower rate and shallower depth though, it would be useful in a wider amount of applications. When I use reverb pedals I always have at least a tiny amount of modulation on simply to add movement as you say.
