Ok, after trying lots of different piano strings layer samples, I decided to try to make my own. So I resampled the Italian Grand and the OrchStrings Sust_Vib_ste samples from my NE4 at velocity 110, and created an nsmp from that. What do you think?

This shining example should be an inspiration to others -- yes, one has to put in a little time and effort, but results like these are obtainable with nothing more than a simple DAW and your Nord, along with the Nord Sample Editor freeware.

After some feedback, I created two variations on the same samples, where the strings are mixed lower compared to the piano. Version 3 has the lowest volume on the strings and version 2 is somewhere between version 1 and 3. Pick your favorite!
