Hello,
I am using my Yamaha FC-7 Pedal which i had used for my "old" NS2 now with my NS3.
Surprisingly, I have noted the following behavior: The velocity curve is not linear when operating the pedal, but the first 5-10% of the pedal way cause the CC Midi value jump up at least by half of the full range.
This is annoying as this renders my balanced and smooth pedal play (e.g. morph transitions) almost useless.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and can help? May this be a hardware problem? (as i said I had used the pedal before and it worked)
Would be greatful!

Re: Yamaha FC-7 Control Pedal / Non-linear Midi
Hi, what Pedal Type have you set in NS3 System menu for CTRL pedal? Try changing it, also to non YAmaha FC7 settings (just to test)

Mille Grazie!!
You're my hero - that was exactly the solution.
Didn'T know you could select different types of pedals...
