https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-lib ... no-library
Here you can listen beforehad to evey piano sampled by Nord, before choosing which one to load onto your keyboard. Of course you can't expect the average computer speaker to sound exactly the same, but it gives you an idea.
Also, consider that apart for some piano sounds which require a certain OS on a certain board, there isn't such thing as "Nord Stage 3 piano", as the Nord Piano Library applies to all Nord keyboards with a piano engine. So for example the White Grand is going to sound the same regardless of whether the keyboard is a NS3 or not.
You may also want to take a look at synth samples (https://www.nordkeyboards.com/sound-lib ... -30/pianos) as there are some piano sounds there as well.

Re: What is the best tack piano on Nord Stage 3
The Honky Tonk Upright I believe is the only one sampled that actually had tacks applied to the hammer felts. When I had my Stage 2 and more limited piano memory, I took the approach of creating the tack sound with the synth and applying it to whatever piano I wanted. An example is posted in the Stage 2 forum at post47645.html?hilit=Tacks#p47645 If you want some flexibility with the piano sound and amount of tack effect, it works pretty well for that style of playing without using up piano sample memory. Take care
