hm on the thomann.de nord stage 3 page it says:
"Includes sustain pedal, power cord and USB cable"

Therefore I would say the cables are missing. If something is 'sealed' it still can be a returned / refurbished instrument by Nord as well.
I don't know how Nord treats their directly returned instruments but if there is some kind of return process I hardly doubt it that they don't repair instruments when it is possibly (or reasonable).
So my guess is the cables should be there and I would demand them by Nord (or retailer) and ask them directly if your instruments is refurbished. If so well I honestly don't know if I would accept a 'used' (even refurbished) instrument for the full retail price.

maybe since nowadays removing standard cables means 'environmental protection' Nord removed cables as a new standard and even removed the printed manual because otherwise our planet would suffer from the endless printed Nord manuals and cables swimming in the oceans ... those poor dolphins... having to read and memorize all those Nord instruments specs

Well my friend i am 100% that there is no chance for refurbish or returned instrument etc…

Its for sure brand new sealed instrument… i guess it’s forgotten to add the cables.. or they stop add that..

Hello to everyone.. they told me from the distributor that for some reason that only nord knows the latest orders that they were all delayed they all arrived with seperated the manual bag including the power and usb cable which they are going to send me. i also ask him why before some years they were giving dust cover also and they stop it?? He told me that the dust cover they were giving had some problems from the material that it wasnt good enough like paint the instrument slightly or something like that and thats why after many reports from customers they stop give that dust cover and they just made a better one that its a bit expensive and they cant give it with the instrument including… i just told him that its still unacceptable when you raise up the price by 20% at your instruments and not give even the second new better one dust cover which worth 60 euros… you already overprice your crappy nord single sustain pedal which is the fatar vfp 1 which goes for 24 euros.. and you ask 57 for the same pedal with nord label on it… you could think smarter and get the instrument at 4160 euros and include the dust cover inside just to avoid people which think like me and say omg 4100 euros no dust cover lol… and nord grand has good dust cover including.. he told me that i am right and that is the policy of the company etc and not something he can do about it

When I bought my NS3-Compact in early 2019, I didn't get a dust cover either. As it wasn't mentioned as part of the package, I didn't mind. Whereas there should be a sustain pedal with the NS3-HA88 or NS3-HP76, just not the NS3C - as mentioned on the product page.

Very unsatisfying answer by Nord und retailer if you ask me.

If nobody complains Nord won't change anything.

If there is something written on the outside of a package what should be inside and then it isn't - I will complain via mail / phone to Nord or retailer.
Otherwise whats the point on writing it on the package in first place?

Proposal for new package message:
Nord Instruments - maybe there are cables and other stuff inside - good luck (we don't care), thanks for paying full price - have a nice day.

I almost never experienced something similar from other companies. Even cheap amazon products almost always contains whats promised on the description or package text.

This is stuff I would expect whoever I purchased something from to take care of. I accept stuff like this happens in mass produced products and as long as it gets resolved in a timely manner by my dealer or the product company I'm happy.

For me its no big deal.. its just 2 cables and a manual book.. as long as the instrument is 100% perfect then its no problem..

The worst situation i have seen is when someone unboxing and the keybed clicking or some keys have full velocity peak volume no matter how hard you press the key.. dust under the keys make this problem… anyway… everything is ok as you saw in the video i was laughing with that

Also could be the supply chain shortage. So do you want to wait extra weeks or months for a couple cables before they ship your NS3. or get the NS3 now and use a couple cables you probably have laying around your practice pad. Me I say get me my keyboard I can dig up a couple cords.
