Transposition on Nord Stage 4 via midi impossible !

Why can't a Nord Stage 4 program be transposed via midi?
This would be really handy and would save a lot of program memory space. (512 and only 128 free if we keep the original programs).
I don't just play in a scale but I frequently use the transpose function of the keyboard once I've learned the pieces.

This function was controllable in the Nord Electro 5 by “cc”. A “cc” was used to activate the transposition and the other defined the number of semitones.
I used it a lot with the "mobilesheets pro" application.

I hope that one day the programmers of "Nord" will hear this request

Actually NE5 was an exception, neither NS2/3 or NE4/6 have those CCs. So not sure they will reintroduce that, but you never know.

I have my Stage 4 connected to my YC88, and I can easily transpose the Nord by adjusting the transposition on the YC, once I activate Zone 1 and transpose up and down.

Not really what the original post was about. Your actually doing the transposition on the YC, not transposing the Nord. The original poster wanted to be able to control the transposition on the Nord via MIDI so he could add the transposition into his song management/chart software that he uses to manage set lists. That way he wouldn't need to save multiple versions of a program on the Nord with the transposition hard coded into the program.

Hate transposing songs that I hear in my head in the original key.
