Stage 4 Midi Question

Hey Everyone, just setting up my Stage 4 as a replacement to my Stage EX.

I usually send program change messages to my Electro 6 - I’ve managed to do this, but I don’t want the Stage 4 keyboard to play the Electro 6, just send the Program Change message.

What setting do I need to turn off? On my Stage EX I could active the EXtern section and have no zones assigned to the keyboard, seems I can’t do this on the stage EX?

Check pages 45-46 of the manual. The NS4 does have the Extern section like prior Nord Stage models, though they have combined it within the Synth section. You should be able to set up the same thing you have done in the past for sending Program Changes via this section.
