Stage 4 - Arpeggiator sends MIDI out?

Hmm, I just noticed this while skimming the manual and considering trading in my Wave 2 for the Stage 4.
The Extern section say it can send arpeggiator MIDI data out, which is a feature I was really wanting on the Wave 2. I don't think the old Stage 3 did this either, right? Is this the first Nord Stage that can do it?

Bump. I'm sitting here with my nord stage 3 scratching my head. Wish it could send arp notes via midi out to my other synths, as I use it as my primary piano/midi controller. Would be nice to be able to use Nord's arpegiator instead of having to move and use a DAW with lag etc.

I don't think the Stage 3 can. Last year I was ready to get a 3 when retailers were discounting them, but the lack of this feature gave me pause. It's seems like a small detail, but it's very handy when it is your main controller.
