Stage 3: Can I switch patches without resetting tempo?

I have a lot of patches with BPM synced effects. But every time I switch patches the master clock tempo gets reset to 120. Is there any way to make the tempo "stick", so that it doesn't change?

Note that it doesn't always revert to 120, but whatever the patch was saved with. I want to pin a tempo for a performance, and ignore the saved tempos.

There is no way to do that on the NS3 itself, other than saving the same value in all patches of course; if you can't do that, knowing that when you send an external MIDI Clock to the NS3 it will lock to it, I'd go in that direction as an alternative (using a computer or tablet or even a phone, connected via USB MIDI, with an app that would just send the MIDI clock)
