Yes but you need to use both A and B slots (together, activating both by pressing Slot A while pressing Slot B or viceversa), activate the 2 Zones split then assign Synth A to one zone and Synth B to the other

In the factory programs, Synth category, there are quite some examples of this type of settings.

PS: you never "split a Section", rather you "assign a Section" (to one or more zones)

Question: Do synth players drink more absinthe or is there more of an absence of absinthe amongst synth cognoscenti?

We may but this is an international forum and the official language is English so all forumers must always use English, regardless their nationality, it is stated in the forum rules ;)

It's a lot more helpful to everyone here if everybody writes in English — I've learned a lot from reading replies to questions I didn't actually ask.

Thank's for your information, but I don't find the examples of this settings, can you show me the page of manual where are these examples ?? Thank you

There's basically three steps. Which steps here do you need help with? (You don't have to things in this exact order, but this is one way to find your stumbling block.)

1. set up split points on the keyboard

2. select a synth sound for panel A, and another synth sound for panel B. (You'll hear the two synth sounds together, assuming you have both panels enabled. If all you want are the two synth sounds, make sure there are no piano or organ sounds enabled on either panel.)

3. for each of the two synth sounds, use the Zone Select function to specify which range of keys you want to enable for each of the two sounds.

Examples are not in the manual, but in the Factory Programs (as I wrote); the manual explains how to set splits, assign zones to sections and enable both slots, the rest is logical.

Anyway anotherscott has provided you a step by step guide that you can easily follow, just remember also to activate both slots A\B (keep one slot button pressed then press the other)
