I recently tried to save a live program to a normal memory spot (as he manual says you can do) but could only end up saving it to another live program. Am I missing something?
Thanks!

Re: Saving a live program NS3
It took me a while to figure that out too. Here's what works for me:
While in Live Mode (the orange light next to Live Mode is on):
1. Press the red Store button (or press shift then the red Store button to give it a name).
2. Press the Live Mode again (to exit live mode, and the orange light will turn off). <-- this is the "key" step to be able to save to a program slot
3. Navigate to the program slot you want to save to, using either the program buttons or the program knob.
4. Press the red Store button again. If you pressed Shift-Store in step 1 then you can give it a name. If not it will save it as Unnamed Live.
Let us know if this works for you. And enjoy your NS3!
