Fixed:
v1.44 (2018-08-23)
Out of pitch samples could occur when playing the Synth in sample mode, under certain circumstances. Fixed.
Osc Ctrl parameter was not correctly drawn on display when a program was loaded. Fixed.
Morph ranges can now be monitored by pressing Monitor + Wheel/ATouch/Ctrl Ped button and turning a morphed parameter control.

Just did the update...
tried 1.42 before and had voice stealing on synth section (polyphony issue), went back on 1.36 and had no issue.
Before I upgraded to 1.44, I played 15 minutes on 1.36, then I made the upgrade. I can't hear any issue with the polyphony on the synth section.

Aaaand 1.46 is out — but only to fix the issue of delay not syncing to master clock.

just upgraded again...
, voice stealing on 1.46 is back on the synth section.
I don't know if I played long enough on 1.44 to notice if the voice stealing was really solved...
I will stay at 1.46 and send a note to Clavia again. I don't mind staying at 1.46 because I could find something else or try things other member will find.
I don't use my NS388 for gig, I use my NS2EX88 and don't have any issue with it.
Hopefully, futur updates will solve this...

Clavia (Staffan) replied and said that the polyphony (voice stealing) on the synth section will be address in a future OS release.
So we will have to stay tune for this

What exactly is missing?
That dual keyb can only control either Slot or just one instrument is not a bug, more like a "reduced feature" which may never be "updated" to be on par with NS2/2EX....
(if you mean that)
