Hi everyone,
My Nord stage needed a repair so I took some pictures while I did it yesterday and have just made a short video on youtube showing how to open it up and what you will find inside,

This is a link to the video,
I am fairly new to the world of Nord but converted non the less, I hope this video will help people understand how easy it is to open up and clean / repair certain parts,
Regards Bren

Re: Opening up my Nord Stage VIDEO
Hi guys. Thank you so much for the appreciation,
I have a little tip when putting it back together again,
Maybe you won't need it, it might just be mine, but when I screwed the top panel back on the first time it wasn't perfectly aligned and some of the keys hit the panel on their rebound stroke making an awful clunking noise whilst playing,
It also did this when I first bought it, so to remedy it I did the following thing, it takes about 3 mins,
I slackened off all the screws but left them in place,
I Got some kitchen roll and folded it over once or twice and then pressed the keys down where it was making the noise, i slipped the kitchen roll inbetween the back of the key and the top panel just in a few mm (using a flat screwdriver to gently squeeze it into place) and let the keys go so they came back up, the kitchen roll stops them coming up all the way so I gently lifted the keys up by hand, they still dont come all the way up (if there's enough kitchen roll) but I only want it to safely and gently force the top panel to raise slightly so it doesn't matter that they don't come back up all the way,
So while lifting the keys upwards I tightened all the screws back up and then let the key go,
I then simply pressed the keys downward again and removed the kitchen roll.
I played the keybed and the cluncking was gone,
Again, i hope this helps,
Kind Regards, Brendan
