Does anyone here prefer it NOT to see which sound is behind which song part button?

No !!! And as I also mentioned in this thread https://www.norduserforum.com/nord-stage-forum-f3/drawback-to-ns3-song-mode-display-t17280.html I would even go further and add different views of the song mode which can be saved with each of the songs individually, to either show the 5 programs of the song or show the drawbar settings if you have organ programs only in a song

As always keep what you have and offer (new) options alongside.
Clavia is savvy enough to come up with something that works for most ppl.

In Roland Jupiter-80 i can see 8 "programs" at once in "song mode". Very important for me (for live gigs)

So i can see next steps (!!) . It looks like:

1 Sky_Intro E: org/ep
2 Sky_A & Bridge A>F#m
3 Sky_Ref E, f# ep+syn
4 Sky_Solo C# > FX)))
5 Sky_Fine dr+vocal: a5!
...

And i miss signs very much: # ! + & > ( ) : , / * ...

I definitely agree on that !
That shouldn't be an issue to add since they're normal ASCII characters.
Haven't tried in the sound-manager tho' but I also name songs on the NS3 itself.

GREAT IDEA !
I recently switched from a Kronos to a Nord Stage 3 and I'm really happy with the ease of use and great sounds.
My only serious step back (like back to stone age ) is that the Kronos has an amazing setlist mode where you constantly see like 20 patches with lots of relevant info, and you are able to use as many as you want per song...
Not expecting the same power on my Stage 3 but your idea is NEEDED ASAP, seeing what's in each of the 5 buttons would be a strict minimum and would spare me having to add my sound infos for each song on my paper setlist which changes every night I play...
