Hello,
I'm trying to use my Nord Stage 2 to output the same MIDI data to both my PC (which accepts a USB input) and a TC-Helicon HarmonyM device (which accepts a 5-pin input). The problem I'm having is that I'm only able to select "USB[1-16]" or "MIDI[1-16]" in the MIDI Global menu. Both devices receive incoming MIDI signal fine, but NOT simultaneously. I'd like to avoid having to buy a MIDI Thru box for something that seems pretty trivial to set up...
Anyone have any thoughts on how to configure the NS2 to effectively set the MIDI Global to both USB1 and MIDI1?
Thanks!
Paul

Hi Paul,
you gave the answer yourself already: MIDI is going either via USB or 5-pin, not both at the same time. You would have to use a MIDI through box I’m afraid

Just a quick thought : if you're using only 1 panel, then you can duplicate the panel A to panel B. Assign the whole midi panel A to MIDI channel 2 and panel B to USB channel 3 ?
Maybe this could work ?

Hi Paul,
You can also use the external section (panel A/B) for sending out midi. You can configure them both either DIN or USB.
