Hello everybody.
Just received my NS2Ex compact 73 but I immedialely saw a big problem with the keybed

As you can see in my video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VnGxx77 ... rviZ0oL3Tw, the lower part of the keybed is moving a lot, making the touch a little noisy .
I tried to move the screws below, but 4 of them cannot be screwed and turn to infinity...
I wonder if there is a way t o fix it by myself, or if I have to send it back and claim for a refund

What would you do at my place??
Has anyone a guide to disassemble it without damaging it more?
I'm soooooo disappointed. I was waiting so long to be able to buy one and have enough money and this is what I got...
