I bought an NS4 compact back in early April, set it up at home and had a few hours playing and programming my gig list into it before my wife dragged me away! The next day I was playing it and it switched itself off. The power switch was physically on but the display was off and there was no sound coming out of it, so I unplugged and plugged into a different electrical socket, switched the power on and it loaded up as normal but as soon as I touched the keys, it turned off again. The power cable itself is fine, so I'm assuming a loose connection or solder associated with the power management/distribution board inside.
Anyone else had a power issue or am I a special case?

The store immediately offered me a replacement keyboard or a refund. Naturally I went for a replacement but I'm being told that the importers are being particularly vague in telling the store when their next stock shipment will arrive and they don't know when they will be able to provide me with a replacement. So here I am, currently 7 weeks after purchase, £4k lighter and none the wiser.
