Re: nord stage 3 and half moon switch
Witout electrical modification you can either use the nord switch for about 150€ or the hammond cu-1 switch for about 100€.
On the hammond switch (which I prefer for optical and mechanical feel reasons) you´d have to modify the holes (enlongate them fully towards the outer edge),
then they´ll fit exactly with the holes e.g. in the nord stage 3 compact.
I´ve done it this way. Use a soft velcro tape strip to avoid scratches on the nords casing.
Works like a charm.

Check the last post of the thread
However for the NS3 you just need the 3-way "telecaster" switch, the box and appropriate wiring.
This discussion fits better this case actually nord-c1-c2-c2d-organ-forum-f13/homemade-half-moon-switch-t4139.html

Re: nord stage 3 and half moon switch
I've never tried the half-moon switches at http://music.ashbysolutions.com/moon.htm, but they are an option too. They have several mounting options but they rely on the velcro method for the NS3 (similar to the Hammond CU-1), even for the compact. They appear to be one of the least expensive options, other than doing it yourself. Their whole site is interesting, including the following page: http://music.ashbysolutions.com/manymoons.htm. Good luck!

Hey Rabennest,
do you have some pictures from the modified CU1, especially the holes you elongated, how it sits at the NS3 and where you put the Velcro strip at the NS3 Compact? That would be great
Best regards Georg
