Nord “Action” Replacement
Hi all. Have a Stage 2 that’s traveled the world a few times and seen its share of abuse (and love). The action has gotten quite noisy and stiff. Anyone know if there are pads or felt under the keys that I could replace to quiet it down and maybe give it some more life?

Try search here - someone (don't remember who, but I think it was a long term member here) have done this to quiet down their keys and posted some notes IIRC.

I opened my Stage 2 EX 1 1/2 years ago.
There’s some sort of grease inside the action. No felts or similar, only springs and grease.
You could do some research on what grease is used and re-add some to your action
