If updates were released based on a fixed timing schedule (whether linear or logarithmic or whatever) the answer would be “yes” but unfortunately they are not which we saw with the previous generations of the Stage and also other products - so hope is all you have (but hope is not a strategy)

Hm... maybe but extrapolation has a much greater uncertainty than interpolation.

its too late for me, I bought a Montage M7 today. The lack of a Setlist mode and some of the stranger things about the midi setup have put me off the case. I upgraded my 3 to have all the V6 samples. But my Stage 4 experiment is over.
