at once I lost electric power.
I went to the repair department.
Mother print does not work anymore
Costs apr. € 1000,00 for the print!!
You dont buy a new one for this money, so I order to repair.
I am very disappointed.

Re: My stage 3 compact almost never happens
Uhh I feel your frustration
What happened exactly to the electrical power that caused a damage of the main board?

Probably, anyway it would be important/interesting to know in which conditions the failure occurred.

Yes maybe - the post is a bit hard to understand. However, something must had happened that bricked the main board, would be helpful to know

Actually we meant: what you were doing when the NS3 stopped working? Where you at home, in a studio or doing a gig in a pub or on a stage? Was the electrical power stable or...?
This type of info, then also feedback from the repairing lab is important as well.

Re: My stage 3 compact does not turn on anymore
A far as I know, I did the same proceeding as usual.
after use I turn of the device.
I packed it in the suitcase and went to the rehearsal space.
when I want to put the NS3 on it fails.
Nothing worked anymore. The fuse was oke .
That is why I want to the repair department.
The gave me the message .
This how it went
I am waiting for a call when NS3 is ready. It should cost 30 days they told me/

Re: My stage 3 compact does not turn on anymore
I had the similar problem with my NS3 88: sometimes it didn't want to switch on at all. First I thought it was a juice problem because the ON/OFF switch doesn't seem to be the very best hardware part in the world. But then I learnt the problem was kind of known in the "repair world". Since the instrument is still under warranty I was advised to let the mainboard be changed which I subsequently did.
No problem ever since!
Off topic: the little 3.5 socket (monitor input) is crap hardware, unfortunately! Simply too wide for even high end gold plated plugs causing contact problems big time. Cannot be changed separately but just unsoldered from the mainboard. So another ride to the repair shop necessary - while under warranty. Not a good time now while playing many gigs. Very disappointing in a 4000 € gear....
Regards
Tilman

@Tilman
I'm still waiting. The repair company has no news. They told me the repar part is coming from France and 1 month delevary seems normal. I'm very disapointed.
by the way, My garanty time is long ago.
So Ihave to pay. More than € 1000,00
greets
Piet
