MIDI Issue with Nord Stage 2 and Pro Tools 12

Hello community,
I wanted to post if any of you can help me with a problem that I have been having for quite some time.
Every time I want to use my Nord Stage 2 as a MIDI controller with Pro Tools 12, I get the problem that the program
does not recognize my keyboard.
So for instances, in an instrument track I assign let's say a violin from kontakt instruments and it won't sound. Like
I play the notes in the Nord and nothing happens in the program. I have update any drivers, checked the MIDI Thru option,
selected the nord in the MIDI Input list, checked the MIDI Thru also in the preferences windows. Restart the keyboard and
Pro Tools, uninstall the program...etc, etc.
I have Windows 10, Pro Tools 12.8 and the Nord I believe is in the 2.38 update...I am not sure about it but is the last one
for the keyboard.

Midi channel in the Nord might be incorrect.
