I think that in any case you should get in touch with your dealer (and maybe Nord). If the problems increase in the future, they might say: You should have told before. Even if, at the moment, they say: It's nothing, all's fine.
What you describe now sounds like a software issue (every -5 program), but who knows.

I have a NS3-88, screen v.2.0.0, os 2.22 but I don't have the original lower programs anymore.
I do have the ones in the F and G range and don't see anything out of the ordinary with the Master-clock LED on any of them.
What I do see that LEDs are not always completely 'dark' as nearby LEDs are lit, but that seems normal and logical.
I'd contact your dealer/Clavia.
