Loss of sustain function (Stage2)
I have lost the sustain on my Stage 2. Used to be intermittent and "curable" by wiggling the cable at the connector. Now that does not work anymore. Any suggestions greatly appreciated! Thanks.

In addition to this great idea, I'm guessing if it's a NS2 you are out of warranty. If the above idea fails to fix it, I would open it up and give that input plug a close look.

Re: Loss of sustain function (Stage2)
I had the same issue with a different cable, so It did seem to be an intermittent problem with the connection plug loosing contact.
Unfortunately "wiggling" the plug does not fix it anymore and I am not brave enough to open the instrument. So, unless someone comes up with
an easier solution I will have to take it to an electronics repair shop (a somewhat scary prospect here in Cuenca, Ecuador )
Thank you.

It may be worthwhile to check another pedal "just in case". But if the plug if broken, it's a relatively simple fix for an electronics shop to handle. It can be either the plug itself, or -- more likely -- an internal connection between the plug and the PCB it's connected to.
