Hi,
There is this stand that I don't like because it shakes but it can hold a laptop on the top.

Re: Laptop/music stand
I’ve always wanted to have my laptop off to the side and below so It’s not not in clear view of the audience. That way I can see it when I need to but it’s not as distracting for the audience.
Here is what I found. Just ordered it. I will let you all know how it works. It has the added bonus of being able to hold my iPad Pro as well.
I figured if it doesn’t work for my keyboard rig i’ll Find a good use for it at home.

Re: Laptop/music stand
Hi,
I like a lot the neat and clean aspect of the computer, good job....Even if for me it seems to be quite high...But I'm not tall anyway....
Below is a picture of what I did. It's a K&M stand for a laptop, it was the only one with an arm long enough to go over the Waldorf but I've had to attached it to the second tier bar, not the stand, that's why it a bit tilted, not flat...But it's good enough to reach it....
Thanks for the pictures anyway

Re: Laptop/music stand
Hi,
I have made a stand that fits a laptop and can be easily folded. It does connect to the 2 holes in the back. It is actually very strong. Already using it a year, maybe I'll do a Kikstarter project to put it on the market, pls. let me know what you think?

Re: Laptop/music stand
that's awesome. i was thinking of doing the exact same thing with the music stand posts. how strong exactly is it? would it securely hold a 15" macbook pro? i wouldn't want to break the plastic holders... and what did you make it out of? sheet metal?

Re: Laptop/music stand
Yes, that's super nice....I'm still looking for a good solution as the one that I had posted previously fits now the Arturia Drumbrute....So, searching again, maybe on the other side of the stage 2 but I have the 2 racks....
Anyway, thanks to all, it helps a lot to find great ideas that fit your own need.
