Issues with arpeggiator

Post by atucker78 »

Finally got my Nord Stage 3. I’m trying to set up a live program for the Baba O Riley arpeggiator intro. In Live Mode, I have panel A assigned to a synth that has an arpeggiator hold at 1/8 master clock synced to 118bpm. I don’t have any issues setting the first arpeggiator. My problem is with Panel B. In Panel B, I also try running another arpeggiator but at 1/16 also synced to the master clock to do the melodic parts of the intro. However, sometimes when I’m playing the with the arpeggiator in panel B, the held arpeggiator in panel A will glitch and start over as opposed to just playing through, which throws the whole song out of sync.

Is the keyboard just not capable of running two synth arpeggiators at the same time, or is there something wrong with my setup? Thanks!

I came across the same thing with the left hand arpeggiator on hold. I ended up scrapping that approach for Baba O'Riley and used a sample for the intro part and another for the 32nd notes. Here's my post if you want to hear it: nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files- ... 16090.html
