Nord Sound Manager v7.84 isn't working for NS4 and Piano 5

I had a member report they were unsuccessful loading my "Jump" NSMP samples here onto their NS4. Can someone with a NS4 confirm the latest NSM v7.84 will convert user-created NSMP files to NSMP4 format? Thanks in advance for your time.

I can confirm, I just tried doing the same import. NSMP into v7.84 and it us unsuccessful.

That's truly unfortunate given Piano 5 owners have been able to convert NSMP files for over a year. Thank you for checking!

According to NSM release notes this should have been possible since 7.82

v7.82 (2023-12-21)
Support for Program/Preset names using parentheses for duplicates, on Nord Stage 4
Now possible to convert samples from the Nord Sample Library 3.0 (.nsmp3) for use in Nord Piano 5 or Nord Stage 4
Now possible to convert any user created sample (.nsmp, .nsmp3) for use in Nord Piano 5 and Nord Stage 4
Updates to application framework

Has anyone tried with that version? If not working, then better open a support ticket to Nord as it should be considered a bug.

I've just tested both 7.82 and 7.84 and NS4:

Import and converting of "nsmp3" files seems to work, whereas with "nsmp" files some worked, others not. Very strange.

Thank you for checking. I'll post a request to Piano 5 owners to test the latest version as well in case something broke with the latest versions. Take care.

Unfortunately, Nord Sound Manager v7.84 still has problems converting user-created NSMP files to NSMP4 format for the Stage 4. The latest versions are problematic for Piano 5 owners as well, who have been able to convert user-created NSMP files for over a year while Stage 4 owners waited. The good news perhaps is that the latest version will allow users to convert user and Nord-created NSMP3 files to NSMP4 format for the first time.
