Hi Guys,
after updating my NS3 to V2.0 my synth presets are lost.
There names does exist but all information (links etc) seems to be lost or something.
See the photo I took from the synth display and the screen of the Nord Sound Manager (also updated version).
When I am going through the presets, the presetnames are right but every preset now has the classic sine ;-(
Then when I am downgrading to V1.46 everything is okay.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

After a failed attempt, I believe some have been successful loading OS 2.0 a second time (OS 2.0 over OS 2.0). Another thing to try would be to upgrade to OS 1.6 and see if everything checks out OK - if so, try upgrading then from 1.6 to 2.0. Take care.

I have exactly the same issue here. Updated from an older OS and now the synths are broken. I can't seem to find OS v1.60 anywhere on the Nord site or on the internets so I can't try the suggested fix to downgrade then upgrade. Can anyone point me to a download?

Actually I backed up my sounds and then downloaded and used the 'Nord Stage Factory Restore REvF v2.0X' and this fixed the issue. Good luck to anyone else with this problem - this seems to work.

Oké thanks Julian. So I have to restore the factory files back on my Nord, and then I have to place by backuped sounds / synths and samples back? Am I right?

Does the latest Nord factory restore include the EP pianos? I have all my sounds/samples backed up in several places, so the idea of restoring to factory defaults is appealing, as long as the EP pianos are present.
