External synth cc comands for volume

I use the NS 3 ( OS 1.32) as a master for an external synth.
I set the control pedal to control and volume:
the NS3 send CC 4 and 11 as values from the pedal to the external synth instead of cc 7 (= volume ) and 11 . The volume of the externalk synth does not react... clear !!
CC 11 is mentionned in the manual , but why CC 4 ??

This would also explain , why the NS3 itself does not react and change the volume

Anybody has an explantion or is this another bug in the firmware ?

CC4 is the control change for Pedal (Swell) and it is sent because you have enabled it (i.e. you have set CtrlPedal to act also as Swell and enabled the Swell send in the Device Midi Panel settings of the Extern.)

To send CC7 you need to Morph the Volume control of the Extern section via the CtrlPedal.
