Gig Performer has a midi monitor window you can open? Open it up and tell us what the Nord is transmitting. I’d set GP to ignore bank messages for the time being to keep things simple if you can. Also, dare I also mention the obvious,,,, the extern section has actually been turned on? Good luck.

This is an easy thing to miss, Make sure you hit Shift+Zone select to turn on Extern section. All the zone lights will be lit. Then Extern is activated. Hit Shift+ Zone select again to turn off midi note data. The red LEDs will remain lit in the Extern section and your configured parameters should be sent.

I selected a patch that is supposed to be sending a PC of 1. This is a screenshot of my MIDI monitor in GP. No MIDI PC filter set in GP.

Here's a screenshot of my MIDI monitor in GP. The program I selected on the Stage is supposed to be sending PC #1.

Please send a screenshot of the Extern section on the front panel. Also send screenshots of the Extern pages. It should look like this:

Midi Channel Usage-Per program
Midi Channel 7 (should be same as receiver)
Send on Load-On
Bank MSB-0, Bank LSB-0, Program Number- (desired program on receiver)

Keep in mind, some devices start counting at 0 not 1.
