I had two words in the past , one new (nord stage EX) , used for 3 years then sold , one used (nord stage 2) , used for 4 years then sold , and NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM with buttons.
I bought one new one a year ago , Stage 2 73 EX , and I sended once for one organ button , and now I have to send again for other two buttons....fortunately still under warranty....
strange but true..

Re: Button Stuck (no suspension)
I have had every version of Stage going back over a decade and have had the leslie button spring break on every one because I use it so much. I have mastered the art of removing an unused button spring from the external section and swapping it out pre gig.

Re: Button Stuck (no suspension)
So I fixed the button suspension myself. This is how....Get a good pair of electronic tweezers and remove button cover piece (metal cover with white button in middle) take out white plastic button piece now the little circular metal disc that will be concaved at the moment. Now flip metal disc over on hard clean surface and compress with finger. It will flip back to the right way. Take a torch and very intermittently torch the disc when it is all a blueish discoloration then it's good. Now reassemble the button in reverse of disassembly. Put vape back together and presto! It's fixed! *** Or if no technical background just get it replaced.
