Gator 61 TSA case with the black locks fits this perfectly.

_Dr_M_ wrote:The Nord Stage 2 HP76 absolutely does not fit in the Gator G-PG-76 Slim. I bought it from Thomann but had to return it. It's only a tiny bit wider, but the padding is very solid (in a good way) and it's impossible to close the zip without breaking it.

I'm currently using the Fusion Keyboard 06. It's a nice, snug fit and the backpack straps are excellent, so you can definitely walk down the street with the keyboard on your back. The only issue I have is that the height of the Nord is 127mm, while the bag is 180mm internally. This makes it a lot bulkier, especially if you put pedals and cables in the compartments. It feels much heavier and more awkward to carry around than the SW73 in the Nord bag, even though the weight difference is small.

I honestly don't understand why Clavia would come up with such a light 76-key weighted board and not produce a gigbag to make it easy to carry it around!

I agree that the SKB cases are brilliant. I've got two SKB iSeries 5014-6 - one for the Stage (it just fits) and the other for the Lead 3 with all the pedals and cables. You can even stack them on top of each other and pull them along together.

Dr. M, you said the Gator PG 76 Slim is too short for the HA 76? According to the specs on the Thomann site, all internal dimensions of this bag exceed those of the Nord. Was the bag smaller inside than advertised? I am interested because the one I ordered from them is now in transit to me.

I tried Gator G-PG-76 Slim for my Stage 3 HP76 and it really does not fit. Then again HP76 is deeper that HA76 (347 vs. 334 mm). I also had the base plates for legs attached, so maybe there's a slight chance HA76 without them would fit, let us know when you get it! I ended up getting a custom made hard case with wheels for gigs and super light and cheap Gator GKBE-76 for taxi or public transport. It's ok, not a lot of protection and while you can carry it on your shoulder it's not as nice as a proper should strap would be.

I guess the annoying fact is that while the HP76 is light for what it is, the 2,5 kg jump from SW73 makes it feel heavier. :) I also have the leg baseplates attached all the time with mixed feelings, with them the nord fits on top of curved top rhodes really well and i like the legs too, but hate the added weight.

This one guys, seriously. It says 61 but it fits the Nord perfectly. I used to own the NS2EX 76 HP. I had this case. It's a little deeper than the Nord, but the sustain pedal fits perfectly behind it... the width is snug... it really does fit perfectly.

Yes I use the Gator pro-go as an on-my-back- gig bag for the Electro 5 HP A nifty fact is that the 73 key Electros are narrow enough that they fit in the Pro-Go 61.

Agree. Not sure if there’s a Fusion softcase that’s suitable.

Well, my Gator G-PG-76 Slim arrived today for my Stage 2 76HA. It was very tight, stressing the zipper. Because I bought it from Thomann USA, I decided to modify the bag rather than losing shipping cost by returning it. The four padded Velcro straps that close down over the Stage in the open bag are not really necessary, but they add quite a bit of thickness - front, top, and back. I think Gator erroneously excludes their thickness in their specifications for internal width and height. Snip, snip, and the warranty is voided, but the case fits much better. It is a very well made, nice case, including backpack straps.

Dr. M, you said the Gator PG 76 Slim is too short for the HA 76?

I meant the HP76, not the HA76. I'm glad you got it to work. It's a brilliant bag; much less wasted space than the Fusion!

The Fusion Keyboard 06 (https://www.fusion-bags.com/products/f3-keyboard-6-gig-bag) does the job and it's an excellent bag, but it's a bit bigger/bulkier than it needs to be.

I stated earlier in this thread that I use the Fusion Keyboard 07 for mine. It fits perfectly.

I don’t understand the comment about the bulk. I think the Fusion bags are rather tidy. I had the Gator G-PG for my old Electro 3HP, and thought it was a much bulkier case. It’s a nice case, but too bad they don’t make one to fit the 76HP Stage.
