Re: Any tips and tricks for a new NS3 owner?
Keyboard amps just don't cut it most are modified bass amps that the company tweaked the tone stack so you can adjust the high end more. A keyboard is a big range so needs an amp/speakers designed for full range audio. That's why you see so most using good powered PA speakers or for home studio monitors. You spent a lot on a great keyboard you want good amp/speakers so you can hear all the sound the keyboard is capable of.

As FZiegler has mentioned I looked through the lower end and came to either the QSC CP8 and RCF Art 708-A MK IV. Any1 had any experience with this?
I purchased a QSC CP12 and have been very happy with the sound quality. It sounds truly incredible. I was about to purchase a Roland KC-600 when a couple of users on this forum encouraged me to look for a class D amplifier / PA speaker for the reasons discussed in the last few entries of this thread.
One person recommended the QSC CP8 as my studio is not huge and that would have been more than adequate. However, I always overdo it with my amps. My guitar amps include a Marshall DSL40CR and a Fender Tone Master Twin Deluxe Reverb.
When I want to enjoy the stereo depth I run my Nord Stage 3 into my studio monitors. Both the monitors and QSC have the flat frequency response / minimal sound 'coloring' which lets the Nord shine through.
I hope this information is of use to you.

Re: Any tips and tricks for a new NS3 owner?
I've been 95% IEMs for over a decade now and it is the very best musical investment I have ever made.
I kept a few speakers around in case I need them. I like using a pair of powered monitors like QSC K10 or K12. I also have a Motion Sound stereo amp KP-500S and that's a really nice sounding amp in a single package.

Do you mean to say you couple your guitar amps with your Nord on stage as well?

Definitely not! My point was that I like amps that are more powerful than I really need. I’m not yet a gigging musician. The amps are for my guitars. The QSC is for the Nord. My studio gets pretty damn loud.

Setting the panel buttons both on while assigning morphs to wheel or aftertouch are a right of passage for new Stage owners.Regular uses include seamless morph between pianos on wheel.
Leslie speed or drawbar pulls with aftertouch. My Panel B B3 goes to output 3 and a Neo Ventilaor.I use both, though not simultaneous.Often layer Farfisa 'sawtooth' on Panel A and wheel the morph.
Centered it plays both down about 3db.Decent on the fly mix I must say.
Have fun and enjoy that thing!

I believe My Keys To Music has a video on morphing functions to the Mod Wheel, Control Pedal, or Aftertouch. My "Utility" program makes use of morphing to control the levels of the B3 and synth strings with the Control Pedal, and move the B3 "drawbars" with the Mod Wheel if you want to check it out at nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files-f32/classic-rock-and-other-programs-set-3-t15745.html. I have mp3 examples and links to over 100 of my programs posted at nord-stage-3-programs-ns3p-ns3pb-files-f32/for-those-new-to-programming-t15748.html that use morphing for mixing levels, controlling effects, and adjusting other functions that greatly expand the flexibility of the Stage 3 in performance. Good luck!

Ok will have a look through thanks for the tip and really appreciate the links!
