:? Did you checked with a tester? "Open" and "close" have nothing to do with "latch" and "momentary".

Latch on the FS-7 does nothing unless it has power. You don't want a latching pedal for program changes (after the first press you have to hit it twice to get it to advance again). You need a momentary type pedal, preferably one that works without a battery or power supply since it's just a little footswitch basically.

thanks for the good advice with the power supply for the FS-7 :) now the latch buttom is working and now I know how it works and that I need a momentary pedal for sure for my stage 3 ... / the FS-7 works as a momentary if u not use the power supply and thats fine but I'm still not sure about the save back and forward handling on stage...
So maybe I will order a Dual Momentary Footswitch from "bright onion pedals"
