NS 3 - Need Realistic Grand Piano Harmonics
I am knew to NORD....only two weeks old. Does anyone know how to modify Piano settings to provide a more legato effect on notes being held by the sustained pedal. I find the strings' resonance and harmonics decay to quickly when playing. This seems to be true for all piano samples I experienced thus far. Any help would be great appreciated.

Hi, and welcome to the forum!
Maybe it helps, if you turn up the stringresonance volume in the sound menu. Hold Shift and press Sound (Program 2) to get into the menu. Then switch to the second page "Piano String Res Level" and turn up the volume a bit, using the program dial.
The other way is to use the reverb effect to get a longer "sustain". Just play around a bit with the settings. Most times I use the "Room2" with about 40-50% of reverb.

If you're looking for that artificial sustain found on recordings, that's a compressor.

Thanks - Your suggestions are helpful. I also am playing around with the synth to provide harmonics.
