Upload a MP3 file where you play some notes using your sample.

Shredfire: Metal Rhythm Guitar Library

Here is a library of High Gain Rhythm Guitar Power Chords. For now it's only power chords, which is what I needed for my current project, though I'll be adding single note versions later. I've added a second version which layers a Palm Mute on Panel B and makes the sustain much more velocity sensitive, so lower velocities produce more staccato "chugs". I'm supplying both the sample libraries, Synth Patches, and Programs (6 files total). This is my first time posting a library, so if there's any way I can do this more cleanly, let me know!

Here's a quick and dirty demo that uses the "Shredfire Pwr" patch in the mix. The drums are programmed, but the rest is live. The bass is produced by a Behringer PolyD, which is simultaneously triggering the Shredfire patch. Treble material is just overdriven Rhodes.

Thank you! I wonder if it would be possible to upload the samples in nsmp2 format for those of us who still have an NS2.

Is that possible with the NS3 editor? At the very least I could Zip the individual Wav samples and you could create one.

Yes, if you open your project in Nord Sample Editor 4, under Config you can choose to output your work in NSMP format.
