I'll Wait - Van Halen

Postby MartinJ2EX » 13 Mar 2021, 11:21

Happy Saturday all,

For the past few months, I've been experimenting with various plugin emulations, like OB-Xd, TAL J-8, DCO-106, TAL U-NO-LX, and many more... The vast amount of controls makes it possible to recreate many sounds of famous songs...

Now I wanted to give my Stage 2 EX another chance at recreating those awesome legendary sounds - I think I did it with I'll Wait by Van Halen, it's pretty close... :keyboard:

Have fun with this awesome track! :yourock:

(For anyone who wants to recreate it for Stage 3, you can find all the synth parameters below ;) )

There seems to have been more sharing of great programs between NS2 group, than I find for the NS3. Brilliant how this was manufactured so that the NS2 would be the propelling force, to inspire the NS3 learning curve. I miss my NS2 for what I got from the group. Just sayin. Nice share and sound! Wish I could have this in NS3 format. Rock on! :keyboard:

With the parameters of both synth engines as shown in the ns3-program-viewer capture, you could give it a shot ?

I have both boards, I can also give it a try later this week.
