Triple Pedal Noise

Hi, I'm facing time to time weird sound (some cracking - not acoustic pedal noise simulation) when pressing damper pedal on Nord Triple pedal with Grand - I think I didn't notice it in shop. Do you have similar issue with yours or this is just broken that should be return to retailer?

I think the OP refers to some mechanical noise from the pedal itself, but apart from that the pedal is working.

@Petr87: difficult to say what the problem could be with just a generic description like yours, a video/audio recording of the problem may provide more info (could just be the pedal spring, or maybe it is not placed on a perfectly flat surface so it is rocking/bending while pressed, or...?)

The sounds is like cracking to external audio - I tested it with headphones, I also noticed that when I turn off pedal noice feature it is not there, but this cracking sound is not normal and different from pedal noice simulation...

I tried press pedal very gently and it is still there...

Just to be sure: you are hearing the cracking in the headphones, so it's a noise in the actual audio signal (tone) and not a mechanical/acoustic noise ("creaking") from the pedal itself?
Do you hear it only with headphones? What other cables are plugged in?

Correct, in audio signal. I heard it only with headphones but not in piano monitors (I had connected only turned off piano monitors in same time)

But this noise is audible both in headphones and in the speakers?
For further tests I would unplug the monitors speakers and other pedals than the triple pedal.
